2. Preparing a Widow's Home for Sale
Our team will be assisting a widow in getting her house ready for listing. This week, we will undertake several essential tasks, including:
Drywall Repair: Fixing any blemishes to create a smooth and clean finish.
Fixing Doors: Addressing doors that do not close properly to improve functionality and safety.
Sump Pump Pit Cover: Building a cover for the sump pump pit to ensure safety and enhance the overall appearance.
Painting the Fireplace Mantle: Refreshing the mantle to make it a focal point in the living room.
Cleaning Solar Tube Lights: Ensuring the lights are bright and clear for potential buyers.
3. Supporting Another Family with Their Home Sale
We will also be helping another family prepare their property for the market. This includes:
Pressure Washing: Our team will pressure wash the deck and siding, removing dirt and grime to enhance curb appeal. A clean exterior can make a significant difference when it comes to attracting buyers.
4. Assembling a New Gazebo
To wrap up the week, we’ll assist a family who has purchased a gazebo from Costco. Our team will assemble it, allowing them to enjoy their newly enhanced outdoor space. The gazebo will provide a great spot for relaxation and entertaining guests.
